1. When you go for your first freebie, go for something small and quick like a Ipod shuffle, you can get one of this rather quickly & it will prove to your friends and family that this really does work & it is not a scam!.
2. Join the Exceem forum, the exceem forum is packed full of referral tips and how to's, also it does have a boat load of members that are normally only too happy to help you with questions you may have.
3. When getting others to sign up via your referral link, remember that you cannot have 2 people sign up from the same address. 
4. Make sure you add your referral link to your signature on any forums you might use (beware do not put your referral link on the exceem forum it is not allowed)
5. Don't forget! if you use MSN, Yahoo chat, Aim or Skype, add your referral link there too!
6. Start yourself up a facebook account and put a referral link or two in there, but remember do not spam your link!
